Actually, VALLE ABAJO, SL has four real estate promotions in Tenerife (Spain), for a total of 64 apartments and near 120 parking lots. One phase of the project and another under construction at Urbanization El Mayorazgo (La Orotava – Tenerife), which will be finished approximately by August 2006, hoping to deliver the apartments to the purchasers by October 2006.
